Paul been providing care for patients in the Squamish area for over 10 years. He has worked with recreational and elite amateur triathletes, marathoners, cyclists, rugby, soccer and hockey players and golfers. He believes in using evidence-based treatments and in getting patients to take an active role in their care.
Red has a deep appreciation for, and understanding of clinical massage therapy. Red incorporates the science of massage with the art of healing. His particular interest is in how massage therapy can help with depression and anxiety. He has had extensive experience treating sports related shoulder injuries and pathologies such as frozen shoulder.
Amy is an RMT, with over 10 years experience, who brings a neuroscience and trauma informed approach to her manual treatments. Her fascination with health led her to initially pursue training in fitness, functional movement and exercise psychology, becoming a personal trainer in 2000, then pursuing yoga therapy where she worked with neurodivergent clients, and clients living with chronic pain.
Jo Peters is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist with six years of experience specializing in craniosacral therapy, concussion management, chronic pain, rehab and injury prevention. Her expertise extends to fostering overall wellness and achieving balance within the body, drawing from a deep understanding of functional movement and sports training.
